What is Aesthetic Nursing?

Also known as Cosmetic Medicine, Medical Aesthetics or Anti-Ageing Medicine. Aesthetic medicine is a developing clinical specialty distinct from plastic surgery, providing minimally invasive medical treatments to enhance patients’ satisfaction with their physical appearance.  The procedures are elective and performed on adult patients who are otherwise healthy.

Treatments usually focus on face, neck, hands and décolleté, extending to all areas of the body. Each patient is met with a holistic approach and realistic expectations are discussed.

Why do people seek Dermatology Aesthetic Medical treatments?
